Curved thermoplastic pultrudes profiles
Our Curved Thermoplastic pultrusion (=C–CURVED–TP) has been developed for the Automotive industry.
Thermoplastic composite profiles with constant radius can be produced with a high fibre content to match the mechanical expectations of semi structural parts.
=C–CURVED–TP runs at similar speed than straight pultrusion with specific tooling and pulling machine specially designed for this purpose.
CQFD Composites has acquired some experience with this new technology and can join-develop curved profiles with its customers.
